If stopping panic attacks is an urgent issue with yourself or someone you love, then you have come to the right place. If you have made it here, then I am guessing that you, like millions of others, have tried everything to find some relief from your panic and anxiety symptoms. I often felt like I was alone in my suffering, when at a very early age I discovered that I suffered from extreme anxiety. I felt a constant feeling of nervousness and anxiety at any given time, and in certain cases this feeling would snowball into a full blown panic attack.
The very first time that I experienced an anxiety attack, I thought I was going to die. It started very suddenly, and it seemed to come from nowhere. I was in the car with several friends, on the way out to an evening in the city. I thought I was even in a good mood at the time, and I didn't have my mind on my usual current of anxiety. Suddenly, I began to feel my heart beating out of my chest... and waves of pain shooting out towards my limbs. I had never felt anything like it in my life, I announced to my friends that I believed I was having a heart attack. I checked myself into the hospital, less than an hour later. After hours of EKGs, X-rays, and other tests, I was told that there was nothing wrong with my heart. The doctor suggested something that I had never considered before, I may be prone to panic attacks.
Although this first experience was possibly the most harrowing of all of my episodes, I began to look into information on stopping panic attacks. I weighed the pros and cons of medication, before deciding that I did not want to depend on tranquilizers or other pills. I looked into other, more holistic, techniques such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and meditation. Unfortunately, these did nothing to cure my anxiety. After searching for nearly every possible cure, I was ready to give up. Then, by sheer luck I ran across a simple technique that would change my life. I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to try anything. My story is just one of millions of similar stories of people who suffer from anxiety. It is now my pleasure to share my method, of how to stop panic attacks, with you.
